ABOUT CHARISSE M. WILLIAMS
As a leader, you know how hard it is to find success at work AND have a vibrant personal life. You’ve also grappled with balancing high expectations to drive results while also keeping your team supported, high-functioning and connected to one another. I’m here to help. My name is Charisse M. Williams, and I am a leadership and well-being coach. I help high-achieving leaders of color create work-life harmony and build strong teams. I serve clients through 1:1 coaching, workshops, team-building retreats and speaking about my book, The Joy of Thriving While Black. My life, executive leadership, and coaching experiences have led me to the following beliefs: 1. We make our highest contributions when we utilize our talents and strengths daily. Our minds are our most important tool; with the right mindsets and beliefs, who we want to be and everything we want to achieve becomes 10x easier. We thrive when we have access to psychologically safe communities where we can fully be ourselves. We sustain ourselves and our work by taking great care of ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
