Responsible for interacting with external clients (payers/health insurance company employees) to work through new software implementations, maintenance, upgrades and determine opportunities for enhancements/upgrades and problem solve and troubleshoot system issues.Review and implement monthly customer requests from the ClaimsXten customer and provide rules-based criteria and system logic to the ClaimsXten system for Medicaid/Medicare existing and new rules and policies. Provide customers with extensive knowledge & unit testing on all rules and policies that are to be implemented prior to going into production. Provide monthly reports/documentation of all rules and policies implemented during each monthly release.Attend all project related meetings with internal/external team members on daily/weekly basis providing updates on assigned project items during daily standup and via Jira.Troubleshoot clinical questions and research for desired outcomes on the ClaimsXten system. Escalating to clinical research team via Jira if solution cannot be resolved. Provide customer with step-by-step process of escalation until it has been resolved.
