Change management lead for Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) releases. • Created an intake change request process employing Confluence. This process allowed the requestor to submit a change request in a centralized repository, upload required documentation for review in the daily change request meeting. During the meeting, a decision would be made on whether the change can move forward, and the release date/time. • Streamlined the release process using Confluence. This process enhanced the collaboration among team members, reduced time to compile What’s new release notes, compiled go/no-go decisions, Pre-deployment validation and post-deployment business validation. • Facilitated and prepared meeting material using Confluence for a weekly Cross-Platform meeting that engaged the team in dialogue regarding initiatives, impediments, and improvements. These meetings have been proven as value-added to the team and have received many recognitions. More than thirty participants attend on a weekly basis. These meetings are like a Scrum-of-Scrum but with more details including information regarding environments. • Created a release timeline model in excel to automatically formula dates, duration, and deliverables. This timeline improved on delivering the various dependencies on time for successful release.• Created numerous SD elements projects and DSOP events and obtained approvals. Ensured that Checkmarx and Blackduck scans are loaded in Threadfix and met all EASP versioning requirements. This process is important to ensuring that all code vulnerabilities are corrected before promoting the code to production.
