About Charlotte Imperio
Children are the most important part of our world\'s future. They will come up with the ideas that will shape the future of mankind. Yet, they are unpredictable. Children endure some of the world\'s worst hardships including mental health disorders, neurological disorders, environmental problems, and more that could change the outcome of their future. I love and cherish children with my entire being, and their well-being is the most important thing to me. Growing up, I learned that I love to help people in whatever means necessary. Watching my parents in the medical field help people everyday stemmed my interest in the medical field. I watched them work with people of all ages, but watching them interact with children in such a sensitive setting makes the pediatric medical industry so rewarding. I have had a lot of experience in working with children from your everyday job as a soccer coach and a babysitter to helping them understand their bodies in a physical therapy office or a chiropractic office. In life, children need more reassurance and attention that most assume. A child\'s mind is the most mysterious place of them all that needs the most attention. What goes on in their mind can change the course of their life in an instant and I want to be the person that helps them understand. At the core, I\'m just a person who loves children. I believe that understanding and assisting children in the developmentary stages is important when it comes to thinking about their future individually and their impact on the world. I will bend over backwards to help in anyway I can, but I also understand the importance of the need to inform on the hard truths of the world. Understanding my own strengths and weaknesses helps both myself and the children and their families and being comfortable in one of the most uncomfortable situations is most important.
