I am a forward-thinking education leader with 10+ years of experience advancing college, career, and military readiness across K–12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. My work centers on creating equitable, high-impact pathways that prepare students for postsecondary success while fostering strong partnerships between schools, colleges, and industry.Currently, I serve as a Project Specialist in the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Leading at Austin Independent School District, where I oversee districtwide initiatives for College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR). In this role, I collaborate with campus leadership, higher education institutions, and workforce partners to align dual credit programs, career pathways, and postsecondary readiness initiatives. I also provide compliance oversight, data-driven reporting, and professional development to ensure measurable outcomes for diverse student populations.Previously, I directed College and Career Readiness and Academic Advising at a public charter school, supervised teams of 40+ staff, coordinated dual enrollment partnerships with University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College, and led college access programming that included admissions advising, FAFSA support, and workforce skill development.
