I’m Charelle - an award-winning and chartered marketer, business strategist and mentor, keynote speaker and the Annual Planning Queen. I specialise in supporting solo and micro service-based business owners who want to own being the CEO of their business. I help business owners to think, and act, strategically so they can grow or scale their business on their terms. Ultimately, I help business owners to build a business they love and that supports them living their dream life. I’m a micro business lover with over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience. Thanks to technology it is easier to ever to build a small, but mighty, business that creates masses of income and impact (without the team, complexity and stress). My mission is to help micro business owners to fulfill their potential and achieve the business success they truly desire. As part of that in 2026 I’m aiming to help business owners with annual planning. I believe in the power of working 1-to-1, and getting personalised support. The focus is on setting growth targets, defining your growth strategy and then using marketing to achieve those goals.
