Coordinated and implemented the department’s first quarterly all-staff meeting of the year. Grew engagement on DoIT’s Twitter from 0.3 % to 2.5% and increased posts from 3 per month to 5 per day. Grew audience on DoIT’s Twitter by 20% in 5 months. Facilitated a press request for Chief of DoIT to be featured in Wall Street Journal. Joined the DEIA Committee to help facilitate conversations between the Chief of Staff and DEIA Committee. These conversations included creating equitable pipelines from promotion, engaging in conversations with union representatives to promote DEIA Committee initiatives, and coordinating with Employee Resource Groups. Developed Twitter campaigns that focused on showcasing pioneering individuals in the tech industry for Black History Month, AAPI Heritage Month, Haitian Heritage Month, and Pride Month.
