A forward-thinking analytical scientist with 15+ years of experience in analytical method development for large-molecule and small-molecule using cutting-edge technologies.I have skills and experience in analytical biochemistry with expertise in providing full-spectrum analytical support for protein manufacturing, including mAbs, bispecific mAbs, fusion proteins, ADCs, hormones, enzymes, and peptides derived from CHO, yeast, fungi and E. coli expression system.Additionally, I have extensive experience in characterizing protein primary structure, higher-order structure, glycosylation and other post-translational modifications (PTMs), aggregation, charge variants and other degradations, and protein-protein interactions using advanced analytical techniques (mass spectrometry, chromatography, electrophoresis, etc.) Led the CMC analytical activities for the manufacturing process characterization of two biopharmaceutical drugs in phase 3 clinical trials, coordinating method qualification, analytical support, CQA assessment, and method transfer activities to QC/manufacturing sites, resulting in successful regulatory submissions.Provided technical leadership and guidance to a team of seven scientists in the chromatography separations team, overseeing method development strategies, method qualification, and routine sample testing on accelerated project timelines. In my dissertation research, I have developed a comprehensive characterization package for a recombinant IgG2 mAb, including SDS-PAGE for purity, SE-HPLC for size distribution, IEX-HPLC for charge heterogeneity, and intact/subunit/peptide map LC-MS for structural heterogeneity.I aim to contribute my research skills and experience as an analytical lead in Biopharmaceutical Analytical Research and Development lab.
