As a Project Manager at the Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad, I am currently working on the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) project, an initiative supported by the World Bank and aimed at accelerating the recovery of MSMEs post-COVID. The RAMP project is part of the Ministry of MSME’s larger Covid Resilience and Recovery Programme, focused on enhancing market access, improving access to credit, strengthening institutional governance, and addressing challenges like delayed payments.My role involves overseeing key interventions such as MSME institutional strengthening, facilitating digital portals, supporting strategic investment plans, enhancing firm competitiveness through technology upgradation and quality certification, and boosting credit guarantee frameworks for MSMEs. Additionally, I manage efforts around receivables financing, promoting green investments, and addressing delayed payment issues via online dispute resolution platforms.With a focus on improving MSME resilience, I am deeply involved in building strategic collaborations between the Centre and State governments and fostering synergies to address the needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises across India.
