I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources at ICFAI Business School, with prior corporate experience at Nokia Solutions and Networks and currently working as an HR Intern at ITC, Chennai. My transition into Human Resources is driven by a strong interest in people strategy and organizational effectiveness. It is supported by academic exposure, placement coordination responsibilities, HR certifications, and hands-on involvement in recruitment support, candidate communication, documentation processes, and operational coordination during my MBA journey. During my tenure at Nokia, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based deployments and prepared structured performance reports. This experience strengthened my execution discipline, analytical thinking, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders — competencies that align closely with evolving HR functions. I aspire to grow as a people-first HR professional who combines empathy, analytical insight, and structured execution to deliver meaningful talent and business outcomes.
