Documents are automatically chunked, vectorized using text-embedding models, and indexed for contextual retrieval, based on the capabilities of the original framework.• Integrated and configured a chat-based LLM engine capable of generating accurate, context-aware responses based on retrieved document segments. • White-labelled and customized the chatbot platform for Sioux Technologies, including design adjustments, configuration tuning, and Docker-based deployment. • Cloned and maintained the solution in an internal Bitbucket repository, ensuring version control and internal accessibility. • Delivered a scalable, containerized solution featuring Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), which significantly enhanced internal information accessibility and reduced manual search efforts.• Developed and implemented a metrics-driven test framework to validate chatbot responses using Azure AI Evaluate SDK and OpenAI.
