Currently working with the Business Development, Engineering, Commercial, Supply, and IT teams to set up a Greenfield project for Petfood manufacturing.Key Contribution• Leading R&D team and on boarding (I.e. Product, Process & Packaging, Material development & Q & FS).• Designed & Developed a formulation for Dry & Wet Petfood ensuring they meet nutritional guidelines and regulatory standards along with incorporating ancient Ayurveda care for the first time in India.• Visited UK Petfood manufacturers & evaluated supplier capability for our product deliverables.• Led end-to-end development of Dry & Wet new Petfood products for Import and Indian Manufacturers.• Led Brown-filed Project to set up a Repackaging facility to convert bulk-imported products.• Develop a technical scope and evaluate the supplier\'s technical capability for the Green Field turnkey project• Establishing supplier for raw materials, equipment and services for Petfood project.• Setting up R&D processes i.e. Quality Management, Recipe Management & Product Lifecycle Management.• Developed sensory tests/protocol and led palatability and digestibility tests for Petfood products.• Developing a road map for the Petfood Dry & Wet product portfolio.• Evaluating Private label manufacturing for Dry and wet Petfood outside India.
