Utilizing Argo CD, HELM and GitOps pattern installed 25 + infrastructure packages ( Bitnami, cert-manager, DNS mask agent, K8 Api Proxy, Twistlock, open telemetry, and monitoring stack ) on GKE cluster- Was involved in moving away from Jenkins for Infrastructure creation on GKE and RKE to Code Build with GitHub Actions & Argo CD to install HELM charts (Infrastructure & monitoring stack 250 Kubernetes clusters)- Migrated application from VM to GKE cluster, and wrote Kubernetes ‘manifest’ files for the application to host it on the GKE cluster (Google Cloud Platform)- Installed and setup Argo CD to do the deployments to GKE cluster using the git-ops flow- Rewrote the Docker file for applications to support Red hat Docker 1.13.1- Migrated OpenShift Application (Java) to GKE cluster and utilized Jenkins for CI and Octopus for CD- Wrote ‘manifest’ file for applications and converted them to HELM templates to accommodate deployments using Octopus Deploy- Migrated workflows from Argo CD to Octopus Deploy- Setup a CI/CD process using Jenkins for CI and Octopus Deploy- Created a Cloud Functions (python) and Dataflow jobs in GCP as per team’s requirements- Implemented Docker health checks using HEALTHCHECK instruction in containerized applications, ensuring continuous monitoring and validation of application health and readiness- Setup Twistlock as a runtime vulnerability scanning tool for our GKE clusters.
