Ensure a smooth and prompt onboarding of new customers and conduct KYC refresh on existing customers against our global onboarding procedures• Ensure a smooth onboarding of end customers with our Exchange partners in line with Exchange requirements and our onboarding procedures• Complete Customer Risk Assessment and conduct screening, escalating where appropriate to the Compliance Manager• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Institutional Coverage, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management on onboarding status of new customersMaintain information on status of customeraccounts, ready to provide comprehensive updates on status on any account you are onboarding• Assist in the reporting of completed KYC and other management reporting requirementsProvide KYC advisory to Sales on documentation requirements• Proactively seek and develop greater productivity and enhancements where possible through process improvements and/or technological enhancements
