Overseeing internal and external communication efforts as the single communications focal point in the Service• Updating the official UNHCR website and creating SEO-optimized content for new webpages• Producing social media copy and visual content, supporting campaigns and monitoring social media accounts• Scripting, editing and producing videos• Initiating communication tasks to promote internal visibility (Intranet, SharePoint, Newsletter, Yammer, Microsoft Teams) such as blog writing, internal page drafting etc.• Community management in internal communities• Leading the organization and communication support of events• Preparing promotional content for resettlement and complementary pathways activities, cards, roll up, short videos, slide shows etc.
