I’m the founder and CEO of CCAD, a constructability consulting firm focused on BIM, VDC, and construction technology for complex, MEPF-driven projects. My background spans architecture, construction management, and field execution. I’ve spent my career working where design intent, digital coordination, and on-site construction intersect, and where misalignment creates real cost and schedule risk. That experience is what led me to build CCAD.I believe BIM and VDC should be used as delivery tools, not documentation exercises. At CCAD, we apply construction technology with purpose: supporting decision-making, constructability, and field execution rather than producing models for their own sake. Our work centers on early issue identification, disciplined coordination workflows, and clear ownership across teams. We partner closely with general contractors, owners, and trade partners on high-rise, hospitality, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and large commercial projects, operating as an extension of the project team.I care deeply about process, execution, and raising the standard for how VDC and constructability services are delivered. When construction technology is applied correctly, it reduces friction, protects schedules, and gives teams confidence long before work is built.
