I support individuals through legal, trauma-informed psilocybin journeys and microdosing protocols in Oregon. My facilitation work centers around creating safe, intentional containers for emotional healing, personal insight, and nervous system restoration.I guide clients through a four-phase process—Discovery, Preparation, Journey Day, and Integration—with steady, non-directive support grounded in presence, attunement, and inner sovereignty. Whether someone is navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, burnout, or simply seeking clarity, I hold space for their process with care and respect.My approach blends formal training through Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Psychedelic Solutions (CCFT) with lived experience of complex PTSD (CPTSD) and a strong foundation in trauma-aware, relational support.
