It is the UK’s largest source of renewable electricity.\\\\n\\\\nThe company also operates a global bioenergy supply business with manufacturing facilities at 13 sites in the United States and Canada, producing compressed wood pellets for its own use and for customers in Europe and Asia.\\\\n\\\\nSpecialising mainly in corporate and commercial roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Strategy and Compliance (not exhaustive).\\\\nManaging the full 360 recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, having initial contracting conversations with stakeholders to establish hiring needs followed by, advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and assessing (where required) offers and onboarding.\\\\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders to fully understand their current and future needs including succession planning.\\\\nDelivering constructive feedback to all candidates within a 2-day SLA, recording interview statistics and monitoring pass rates for quality and delivering weekly reports for management and stakeholders.\\\\nFocusing on DE & I, working with the team to collectively influence stakeholders to achieve a fully inclusive recruitment process\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
