I am a business-consultant-turned coach with a strong passion to help you find your purpose and true passion, bring fulfillment to work and maximize your potential in the pursuit of excellence. I have helped career shifters, entrepreneurs, emerging artists and corporate leaders to navigate life, career and cultural transitions, with the goal of making their work more meaningful and creating alignment with who they are inside. My typical clients are in their mid-twenties or older. We navigate together the exciting yet uncharted wilderness that is the 20 something years. Coaching them is my way of fulfilling my own purpose: supporting those heroes in their pursuit of great things for themselves and the world. My consulting background and spiritual journey have allowed me to offer a hybrid, whole-person approach that takes into account how meaning and purpose affects your life and career as a whole. With permission from you, some of our sessions may take the form of strategizing as if your life/career is a consulting project, and/or removing negative emotional roadblocks through Bible-based spiritual inner healing. Quarter-life refers to an age of roughly 25-35 years old, which, in today\'s times, describes a life stage where big decisions are intermingled (who do I marry? what do I do? where do I live?); clarity and focus on a future direction is no longer simple. Growth is a must, but is often unguided and unstructured.I coach through your true vision (remember your childhood dream?) and core identity (\"Deep down, I am a certain kind of person\"). I help you tackle the internal, psychological side of all your day to day challenges (why am I directionless? how do I stop procrasnating? What\'s always pulling me back from making the right choice?). I also train your mental and spiritual muscles as your helpers along the way. Together we bring about clear resolutions to your challenges and a transformation into a new, empowered you. I believe you have untapped potential to be your true best self. Once that is released, you accomplish great things with peace, joy and clarity. I am a developmental coach and a shepherd at heart.
