About Chanya Markels
A senior at Colgate University pursuing a Psychological Science major and a Global Public and Environmental Health minor. Next year, I will work at Guidepoint in New York City as a Client Service Healthcare Associate. This past summer I worked as a Community Health and Psychology Management Intern in Tanzania to engage in grassroots advocacy and gain experience in the public health field. Prior to that, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician to gain experience in the psych field. On Colgate\'s campus I am a leader for Colgate High School Tutors as well two dance groups, and I actively participate in mentoring.
