Recruit for 80+ job requisitions which consists of Area Leaders, Branch Leaders, Bankers, Financial Service Specialist, & Tellers. •Provide full cycle recruitment for executive level positions. •Conduct 40+ recruiters screens per week to provide hiring leaders with candidate’s background information and expectations. •Send full loop interview requests for internal and external candidates. •Conduct personalized kickoff calls to candidates to prepare them for interviews. •Draft and extend offers to external and internal candidates. •Submit visa requests for candidates who will operate in their positions under work visas. •Advise hiring managers on Truist policies, standards, and procedures. •Create LinkedIn projects for each position to successfully source and ultimately hire diverse candidates. •Create daily engagement programs and events for peer recruiters and executive team to participate in. •Drive Business Plan, DEI, holiday, and data presentations to educate on the importance fair hiring practices. •Train colleagues on different ways to find diverse candidates for various executives and teams using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. •Educate colleagues on the importance of the candidate experience for internal and external candidates. •Serve as a panelist for internal job fairs and cross functionally with other teams, businesses and partners of Truist. •Provide weekly LinkedIn meetings with prospective candidates to discuss their career goals and possible positions with Truist. •Filled 150 positions within first 6 months of employment.
