This volunteer position supports the Regional SAF department virtually, ensuring that military families receive support and that their needs are met during emergencies.* Maintain strict confidentiality of case notes and personal information in accordance with Red Cross policies.* Apply Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) policies, procedures, and protocols correctly.* Support emergency communications, financial assistance, and additional services as needed.* Conduct follow-up calls to military families and individuals to ensure their needs are met.* Provide appropriate client services, including referrals within the Red Cross and to other agencies.* Maintain professionalism and adhere to Red Cross policies.* Stay current with required casework training.
