ABOUT CHANTEL WEEDEN

Over the last 20 years, I have assisted dozens of companies in the energy, construction, design, environmental, food safety, manufacturing and petro/chem industries with multiple lines of business achieve improved business opportunities through operations (including proposal writing/estimating efforts, supply chain management, project management including scheduling/cost) management including contract and supply chain process improvement and quality certifications through using a proactive approach. This included coordinating with clients and their expectations as well as working with contractors and suppliers we had oversight of. During 2018 & 2019 meeting DOD international requirements, over $40 million USD were won. While managing the Middle East/Africa region of $9B USD of work for Business/Process management & Quality, we received ZERO external audit findings for ISO9001:2008 re-certification, while combining two global business units and transition to the ISO9001:2015 standard. My responsibilities also include assisting in the full project cycle including the proposal efforts, managing functional reports, procedural development, improvement of processes and developing/implementing hundreds of project specific project & quality plans in the energy, construction, design, environmental, food safety, manufacturing and petro/chem industries in addition to completing more than 500 QHSE audits in those industries.
