ABOUT CHANTEL ROSE MESTA
Welcome to my profile! I am a community advocate and associate clinician rooted in the belief that healing and empowerment happen when people are seen beyond their struggles and supported in resisting the constraints that limit them. With a lifelong background in community and 10 years professional knowledge in communication and counseling, I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Couple & Family Therapy at Alliant International University, where I also earned my Master’s. As an AMFT, I provide mental health care using a narrative therapy approach with individuals, couples, and communities often left unheard. I serve on the advisory boards of Watering Hope and the San Diego International Birthing Project. Across all roles, my work is driven by heart, equity, and a deep commitment to service.
