I practice employment and labour law, and civil litigation, with a focus in the following areas: Wrongful Dismissal Human Rights - Harassment and Discrimination Employment Standards Employment Contracts and Policies Collective bargaining Labour arbitrations Occupational Health and Safety Act matters Workplace Safety and Insurance Act matters My civil litigation practice involves work before all levels of the Ontario Courts on actions, applications, judicial reviews and appeals, as well as appearing at a variety of Boards and Tribunals. My previous work experience includes the firm, O\'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP, the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Legal Services Branch and acting as a Prosecutor for contraventions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
