I build the underlying architecture for decisions so they are consistent, defensible, and executable, especially under complexity, uncertainty, incentives, and time pressure.I do not believe in a split between serious strategy and beautiful design. I care about language, experience, and visuals as much as models and memos. When I’m at my best, narratives, numbers, and design reinforce each other so decisions are not only correct, but clear, compelling, and easy to act on.My work is grounded in venture building, deployment strategy, and capital mobilization across public, private, and philanthropic partners.
