Facilitate DEI courses to DEI Professionals seeking CDP or CDE credentials. Update candidate and designed data within Learning Management System (LMS). Manage licensee cohorts through IDC training of employees. Managed team to initiate creation of designee’s directory for IDC website. Solicit, schedule, monitor, and evaluate facilitators of DEI courses. Manage curriculum revisions project for CDP and CDE study guides. Manage accreditation processes of IDC programs with NCCA. Participate with OSU in development of standardized exam questions. Exceptional customer service and sales of credential programs to potential candidates and corporate organizations which had an increase of 10% of the overall venue within the second quarter of this year. Provide SHRM/HRCI recertification credits for candidates and designees. Update and approve CEU’s for designees due for recertification within LMS. Lead monthly and quarterly facilitators meetings.
