   Manage benefits and wellness programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans; life and disability plans and supplemental benefits; leave of absence programs; 401(k) retirement plans in partnership with our benefits broker • Proactively identify and address opportunities to engage employees through our health and wellness offerings • Manage vendors, regulatory and policy compliance, internal and external audits (ACA, 401(k), NDT testing for 401(k) and FSA), and system automation • Coordinate with brokers/vendors on renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, and survey participation • Act as subject matter expert for escalation of employee benefits inquiries to ensure quick, reasonable resolution • Maintain solid foundation of ERISA and IRS benefits compliance to ensure the program is meeting all legislative requirements • Responsible for HR compliance including but not limited to handbook, policies, recordkeeping, audits, annual reporting and leading internal review to ensure data accuracy • Oversees HR Support Services requests, ensures SLAs are established and met • Provides management and oversight of our leave of absence programs and workers comp benefits
