Re-hired in May 2021, I took on the management of the Executive Club at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, which had seen a sharp decline in membership due to the pandemic. Tasked with regaining and growing our member base, I successfully grew the Club to over 1600 members, generating over $3M annually in incremental revenue.I implemented streamlined administrative processes that increased productivity and efficiency, and strategized exclusive events that kept members engaged, boosting their loyalty to our Duke hotels. I also helped refresh our collateral suite, which has been well received by the membership.In my role, I manage all aspects of the Executive Club\'s operation at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club and the JB Duke Hotel, reporting to the Area Director of Sales and Marketing. I oversee new memberships, retention, conflict resolution, special events, communications, staff training on the program, and manage the club\'s annual budget.
