As a dedicated professional with a rich history at Georgian College, I bring over a decade of experience to the table, having transitioned from a student to a valued member of the institution. For the past 11.5 years, I\'ve had the privilege of serving in various capacities, culminating in my most recent role as a Community Impact Liaison at Georgian\'s esteemed Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre.Throughout my journey, my primary focus has been on connecting individuals with the entrepreneurial resources vital for their success. With a robust skill set encompassing program development, orchestrating high-impact events, forging strategic partnerships, providing mentorship, and driving community outreach efforts, I\'ve played a pivotal role in facilitating access to crucial tools for countless entrepreneurs. Collaborating closely with community partners and our team within the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre, I spearhead initiatives such as XcelerateHER, BizMap, Xcelerate Summit and the Hot off the Block podcast, among others.In my new capacity at NACO, I am poised to continue my mission of driving positive change within the entrepreneurial landscape. Collaborating with angel investors, startups, and key stakeholders, I am dedicated to designing and implementing programs that empower innovators, fuel growth, and catalyze success. Leveraging my skills in program development, event management, partnership building, mentoring, and community outreach, I am passionate about reducing barriers and fostering inclusivity within the entrepreneurial community.
