I have 15+ years of experience building sustainable solutions for clients, employees, and users. My expertise lies in applying unique and unexpected concepts to design purposeful experiences, integrated systems, and scalable solutions. I embrace ambiguity and collective perspective to work towards clarity, ensuring a user-focused vision and decisions anchored to desired outcomes. My path to blended strategy began as a teen (cue the nerd alert!) when I attended engineering camp and became fascinated by ergonomic design — it just made sense to design products that fit the people using them. Eventually, I landed in finance, which gave me a solid foundation in quantitative methods (useful for research and measuring success). But after a few years, I was itching to create, so I attended an entrepreneurship competition called Startup Weekend and discovered design thinking — I had found myself again! I started digging deeper into problems and learned that there is a term for that thing I do to connect seemingly unrelated ideas: analogous thinking. My journey has since taken me everywhere from coaching startups and designing events to leading digital transformation and consulting on systems strategy for Fortune 500 enterprises.
