As a Branch Leadership Coach, I play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the skill of leaders to deliver on strategy.I use coaching methodologies to address leadership challenges, develop strategies, increase their leadership capability to enhance all aspects of performance, risk and operations and empower leaders to reach their full potential. I coach leaders to identify insights from a wide range of data sets and build their change management capability.As a Coach, I work with key stakeholders to identify ways to integrate initiatives, deliver, support and embed organisational change. I use my industry knowledge to play a key role to coach leaders and deliver initiatives that increase Home Lending momentum and market share.

I am a focused, motivated and innovative senior leader, with a passion for getting the best out of people, driving team performance and lifting capability and results. With extensive coaching experience, I worked with different business units to create engaged, positive and collaborative cultures. My banking career spans all functions of the banking industry including mortgage finance, insurance, personal finance, savings and investment and mobile banking. As a Leadership Coach, I have had an impact in improving the customer journey, coached and mentored staff, facilitated workshops and learning opportunities and improved overall performance. I have contributed to and led strategy at both a regional and national level, including rolling out national sales training requirements, enabling the successful implementation of the wealth framework, creating new sales frameworks and developing a customer contact management toolkit. I am able to influence at senior level and have an established network across the banking industry as well as with key external stakeholders.
