Hi I love all things Manufacturing and Distribution, and I LOVE Procurement & Supply Chain peeps. You are heroes, and my job is finding you dream jobs, helping you escape crap jobs, and helping you build your teams.What makes me different? Nothing really… I’m a recruiter.(But not one of those sharky ones) and to be honest I\'m probably not very good one as I don\'t like sales. Customer Service YES but sales. makes my palms sweaty. I have built my entire recruitment career on building relationships slowly over time and you know what. It WORKS!Because of this I have ditched working in an Agency and decided to start my own recruitment company built on ETHICS. How does this work? Well.
