Working with Bayshore Health Care for 20 years, has allowed me to expand my nursing role in a variety of settings. For the past 12 years I have been involved with the recruitment, retention and orientation of Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to provide nursing services to the Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario. Our program continues to evolve, which has expanded our territory to include Northern Manitoba, Alberta, Nunavut, British Columbia and the Yukon
