As the Founder of Redcliff Coaching, I serve as a Leadership Coach to senior leaders and teams in the corporate, non-profit, and academic arenas. Clients include: Instagram, Grand Rounds, Stanford University, Homeless Prenatal Program, and KIPP Bay Area. I also design and facilitate team coaching engagements to dislodge groups and increase collective impact. Examples of engagements include- Four part Crucial Conversations series incorporating neuroscience research, organizational and adult development theory, and practical exercises to shift ingrained behaviors- Multi-day workshop for women leaders titled Navigating Power. It guides participants to access their internal power in service of understanding the limits and possibilities of the power they have to shift the institutions, organizations, and systems they are part of- Two-day experiential workshop designed to help participants 1) increase self-awareness through values and strengths identification 2) create a vision for a desired future state, and 3) take action to disrupt a misaligned current state - Intensive leadership team retreat to productively address distrust and other inhibiting interpersonal dynamics damaging broader organizational culture- Day-long change management training, influenced by Bill Bridges’ transition model, to build insight, skill, and confidence in managers to support teams through organizational re-structuring
