Chantal is a Partner and a founding member of Boyden Montreal. She is a highly respected executive search consultant with a robust background in guiding companies through strategic leadership transitions across the consumer packaged goods (CPG), life sciences, and professional services sectors. Chantal has developed a reputation as a strategic partner, supporting clients in aligning their executive talent needs with overarching business goals to foster growth, innovation, and resilience. Chantal’s expertise spans recruiting for high-stakes C-suite roles, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Board members and other critical functions, with a strong focus on strategic alignment and long-term impact. She combines a deep industry knowledge across multiple industries with a nuanced understanding of each client’s strategic objectives, providing guidance and insights that go beyond the traditional scope of recruitment. Prior to joining Boyden, Chantal has worked with several other top global search firms, helping to recruit talented executives in a wide variety of functions including financial services, consumer products, technology and retail. Prior to executive search, Chantal worked at Deloitte in Organizational Development & Training. In Chantal\'s opinion, the key to adapting to such diverse mandates and candidates is to listen closely and to be curious. “Why” is a powerful word. Connecting with people is both a passion and a priority, which she seeks to do in as many languages as she can. Chantal is fluent in English, French and Italian, and possess a good working knowledge of Spanish and basic working knowledge of German.
