Bioinformatic and structure-guided design to engineer synthetic circRNA elements to increase expression and stability for in vivo CAR-T applications- Development of an Incucyte-based screening platform for high-throughput measurements of novel synthetic circRNA potency and durability in immortalized and primary immune cells. This platform was utilized for all in vitro RNA screening on the RNA Sciences team- Development of RT-qPCR assays to monitor circRNA biodistribution and pharmacokinetics in vivo following LNP delivery. Led a team to support endpoints for in vivo studies in-house and transferred assays to CRO- Leading two NGS-based projects with industry and academic partners to further characterize and enhance Orbital’s circRNA platform- Perform data analysis and present findings at team and company-wide meetings.
