ABOUT CHANTAL BEAVER

I am a dedicated professional with advanced academic credentials, including a Master of Arts in Human Services/Social Science from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication Management from Royal Roads University. My career spans leadership roles across education, nonprofit management, and community engagement. I have had the privilege of serving as an Associate Vice President at Keyano College since 2023, where I provide executive leadership for community engagement and stakeholder relations. Recognized for my contributions to the Wood Buffalo region with multiple awards, such as the Executive Leadership Award, I bring extensive board leadership experience that supports strategic planning and public policy development.As part of Fort McMurray Catholic School Division, I contribute to an organization that provides faith-based education to over 6,800 students across 13 schools in Alberta. Our schools deliver exceptional programs tailored to meet the academic, cultural, and spiritual needs of our diverse community while upholding high academic standards through primarily English instruction. With offerings designed for students from various backgrounds within Fort McMurray’s dynamic environment, we are proud to serve as an integral part of Alberta\'s Public Education System.
