Demonstrate expertise in studying and analyzing a broad range of operational tasks that support internal users including application access, project timeline management and updating. • Oversee the Fraud Investigation project which is dedicated to provider recoup of funds; manage request intake and work directly with Skygen (hub used for providers to submit pay claims) to examine claims under investigation and recoup once investigation is completed. • Develop and implement enhanced communication practices for internal stakeholders in collaboration with the compliance team.• Review and interpret operations related data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, identify trends in datasets, and analyze any detected patterns.• Partner with management to prioritize business and information needs as well as locate new process improvement opportunities.• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information and create reports based on recommendations and findings.• Use data modelling techniques to determine ways in which the organization can improve efficiency and productivity.• Propose solutions to senior leadership, obtain approval, and ensure the changes are made.
