When I was a kid, I wanted to be a teacher. I would gather my stuffed animals and dolls to assemble a class, and I would teach math written on my toy chalkboard. It wasn’t until I was well into my 20’s that I was mindful of the fact that you don’t have to be in a classroom to teach, or to learn.Getting to work at a company that fosters growth through mentorship, collaboration, and continued education has been one of the highlights of my career.
