Strengthen collaboration between technology and business teams to accelerate innovation and delivery of client-centric digital solutions.· Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO): Oversee the EPMO to ensure disciplined execution, consistent governance, and alignment of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.· Strategy & Innovation: Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation by embedding emerging technologies into core business strategies and operations. Develop and execute the AI strategy.· Change Management: Develop and lead a firm-wide Change Management capability to promote smooth adoption, adaptability and organizational agility.
