Core responsibilities-Devising, refining and executing robust business plans, policies and procedures and carefully aligning them with company objectives in addition to clearly communicating company strategy, values and goals to a varied stakeholder base as well as to all employees;Spearheading the maximisation of commercial outcomes whilst observing regulatory standards; Instrumental in ensuring that the all financial management processes are managed effectively and that the company was adequately resourced to achieve stretching commercial targets and business objectives;Obtaining timely and relevant management information, presenting at Board and Group Board level;Ensuring that adequate systems and controls were in place to meet the requirements of FCA regulatory compliance in all areas including human resources, data protection, AML/KYC and CONC; Led on all recruitment and marketing efforts; Performance managing a UK wide team of Finance Consultants (to 8 Direct Reports);Delivering strategic and integrated cross-channel marketing communications campaigns;Leading recruitment, training and continuing professional development activities in order to increase team and individual effectiveness and including development of an internal leadership group.
