I have benefitted from a broad range of experience working across private, public and voluntary sectors, resulting in my highly developed range of transferable skills, including working with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, developing effective communication skills including the presentation of complex information, as well as managing and delivering projects to tight timescales. I continuously seek to apply innovative thinking to my approach to tasks and am keen to embrace ongoing personal development alongside taking pride in developing colleagues to raise their aspirations and always looking for innovative ways to improve processes that drive real improvements I have been a member of the Birmingham Chambers Commerce and Industry Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), formerly known as Institute of Asian Business. It involved providing consultative business advice to SME businesses and networking opportunities to both representatives from the business and professional communities.I am heavily involved in local and national charity work.
