Reorganizing financial dimensions and systems to track key cost and profit centers, guiding CEO and board through strategic financial decisions, building a realistic FY26 budget after several years of defective budgeting, integrating fundraising and earned income forecasting, and leading an accounting software transition. • Led financial turnaround for $5M+ early childhood nonprofit with primarily state/federal funding, moving from operating deficit to operating surplus to build financial stability and reserves; led budgeting and grant reporting, redesigned chart of accounts, and built finance/ops integrations to drive efficiency and excellence.• Lead full-cycle business development for client accounting & fractional CFO services.
