I\'ve been privileged to have spend over 15 years in the nonprofit/public sector, leading in just about every role imaginable. My career highlights include: • Raising over $23 million dollars from major gifts, annual fund leadership, and grant-writing• Launching and scaling high-impact programs, both at home and abroad• Overhauling finance, accounting and admin systems for greater clarity, accuracy, and efficiency• Negotiating data-sharing agreements with 8 foreign governments• Leading 3 bold, successful rebrandsNow, in my role at Trustward, I leverage my experience to help nonprofits connect with our outsourced finance & accounting services to power their missions and grow their impact. I oversee our marketing & communications, lead full-cycle business development from initial contact through onboarding, and serve on the firm\'s leadership team.    Leading financial turnaround for $15M+ media nonprofit facing significant cash-flow challenges. Reorganizing financial dimensions and systems to track key cost and profit centers, guiding CEO and board through strategic financial decisions, building a realistic FY26 budget after several years of defective budgeting, integrating fundraising and earned income forecasting, and leading an accounting software transition. • Led financial turnaround for $5M+ early childhood nonprofit with primarily state/federal funding, moving from operating deficit to operating surplus to build financial stability and reserves; led budgeting and grant reporting, redesigned chart of accounts, and built finance/ops integrations to drive efficiency and excellence.• Lead full-cycle business development for client accounting & fractional CFO services. Since starting, I have closed over 30 new clients, totaling over $1.1 million in ARR (annual recurring revenue), driving 25% growth in annual gross revenue for the firm.
