Teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions.\"- Unknown. I\'m an award-winning Educator with over a decade of experience, and this saying still rings true. So, I\'ve made it my mission to lead scholars and demolish learning barriers—social, cultural, emotional, and economic—for optimal student success. I establish meaningful relationships underscored by trust, deliver rigorous learning opportunities, and reform failing curriculums to guide my students forward in their futures. My commitment to advancing education initiatives has also led me to co-create the non-profit, Reflective Pages, where I am presently the CEO. In addition, I inspire and captivate multicultural audiences through my work with PBS and Netflix, where I safeguard viewers\' exposure to cultural content, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and relevancy. I write, analyze, and critique content seen by millions of early education viewers. My passion for diversity and equity drives me to ensure equal, authentic, and inclusive representation of stories and characters. With a commitment to social justice and education reform, I\'ve created several philanthropic avenues for students to obtain educational materials. As a result, my program has donated over books, and I\'ve earned a 98% satisfaction rating from district educators and administrators.
