ABOUT CHANG-SUN PARK
I’m a General Practitioner with over twenty years of clinical experience and specialist interests in mental health, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine.Alongside my work in medicine, I’m also a certified yoga teacher and educator. My work sits at the intersection of modern healthcare and embodied practices that support sustainable wellbeing.Through both clinical practice and teaching, I’m interested in how people can move from simply managing symptoms to actively cultivating health. Many of the challenges we see in medicine today - chronic stress, burnout, sleep disruption, and lifestyle-related illness - are shaped not only by biology, but by how we live, move, breathe, and relate to ourselves.Drawing on medicine, lifestyle science, yoga, and behavioural insight, I support both patients and healthcare professionals to reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress more effectively, and build habits that support long-term resilience and vitality.More broadly, I’m interested in how practices such as mindful movement, breath awareness, and reflective inquiry can complement modern medicine by addressing root causes of ill-health and supporting more compassionate, sustainable approaches to healthcare.Learn more about my work
