   Led end-to-end cell design projects from anode material formulation to battery pack integration, aligning design goals with EV application needs including energy density, fast-charging, and long cycle life.• Architected and customized full-cell configurations (Si-graphite anode // NCM, NCA, NMCA, LFP cathodes) with tailored electrolyte systems, optimizing for N/P ratio, areal loading, and SEI formation to balance high capacity and long-term stability.• End -to-End Cell design experience from materials level to battery level. • Designed and tested coin, pouch, cylindrical cells, selecting proper electrode dimensions, separator materials, and current collector thickness to match application-specific requirements.• Applied electrochemical modeling and formation optimization, incorporating different testing protocols, pulsed formation, and staged protocols to minimize Li plating and maximize ICE for Si-rich electrodes.• Characterized cell materials using various analytical (XRD, SEM, EDS, TGA, DSC, etc.) and electrochemical (e.g. EIS, dQ/dV and CV) techniques correlating morphological features with cycling behavior and performance degradation.• Performed failure analysis (FA) at both electrode and full-cell level, identifying root causes of capacity fade due to mismatched N/P ratios, electrode delamination, non-uniform loading, electrolyte incompatibility, and cell compression issues.
