I am an undergraduate at Middlebury College studying Anthropology and Environmental Studies, with a strong interest in climate justice, food systems, and community-rooted approaches to social and environmental change. My academic and professional work sits at the intersection of research, operations, and community engagement, with a focus on how institutions can better support resilient, equitable communities.I have experience supporting complex programs in higher education and nonprofit settings, including event and logistics coordination, public policy research, and stakeholder communications. At Middlebury College, I have served in roles that required planning and executing events, managing calendars and meetings, coordinating across departments and partners, and ensuring smooth operations in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. I am particularly interested in the behind-the-scenes work that enables mission-driven organizations and leaders to operate effectively. I am currently seeking opportunities in nonprofit and philanthropy, where I can contribute to mission-driven work while continuing to grow as an operations and administrative professional.

   Facilitated Chinese Language Tables, providing a supportive and interactive environment for students to practice their Mandarin oral skills- Offered personalized tutoring sessions to address specific areas of improvement for students in pronunciation, writing, grammar, and oral skills- Collaborated with fellow students and faculty to organize and participate in Chinese Department sponsored events and activities, fostering a sense of community among students interested in Chinese language studies.
