Production of Monoclonal Antibodies, Fusion proteins and Recombinant therapeutic proteins by using mammalian and microbial system as host-Installation and qualification of cell culture equipments as a part of cell culture lab set up, lab and inventory management for successful and continuous operation of cell culture lab-Scale up and tech transfer of small scale (5.0 L) process to manufacturing scale (2.5 KL). Execution of the Cell Culture batches at 2.5 KL scale for generations of critical intermediates for clinical trials in cGMP environment-Optimization of different Process parameters like pH, DO, Temperature, Agitation and Aeration for cell growth and expression of recombinant proteins, Using DOE approach-Preparation of SOP’s (Standard operating procedures), BMR (Batch manufacturing records), PDR (Process Development report), Technology transfer documents for upstream process.
