ABOUT CHANDRODHAY SACCARAM
I am a research scientist with a PhD in thematics involving plant–microbe interactions and chemical ecology, focusing on how plants shape their surrounding microbial environment through the compounds they release. My work lies at the interface of plant biology, microbiology, and biotechnology, aiming to develop innovative and sustainable crop protection strategies. Currently working in research and development, I am particularly interested in applying scientific knowledge to agronomy and biocontrol, contributing to the transition toward more ecological and environmentally friendly agricultural systems. Driven by curiosity and impact, I enjoy working on projects that bridge fundamental research and practical applications to support more resilient and sustainable farming practices.
